How Blinds Cutting Machine Works?
Step 1: Material Loading and Preparation
Before the cutting process begins, the material (e.g., cotton, chenille, polyester, velvet, crepe, wool, linen) is placed on the machine’s cutting bed.
Step 2: Set cutting parameters
With the software to open the file (support PLT or DXF format), the operator set the cutting graphics parameters and transfer to the device, adjust the cutting parameters, the machine began to work.
Step 3: Tool Calibration and Alignment
The cutting tool is calibrated to ensure proper alignment and cutting depth.
Step 4: Precision Cutting Process
The knife cuts at high speeds along the programmed path, delivering flawless cuts with high precision.
