Yuchon polyester fiber cutting machine handles thick rolls of non-woven, thermally bonded, or laminated polyester fabrics with ease. The oscillating knife cuts through soft and bulky fiber without compression or heat damage — maintaining material loft and acoustic properties. With optional automatic feeding and nesting software, users can increase cutting accuracy while reducing waste. Ideal for large soundproofing panels, insulation pads, and fiber-based wall coverings. Cut thicknesses up to 50mm are supported without fraying or deformation.
