Q: How do I choose my machine cutting size when I have different materials, especially roll and sheet material types?
A: When you have roll material, we strongly suggest an “automatic feeding model” for you, it is not only suitable for sheet materials but also can facilitate the feeding of roll materials and realize the function of continuous cutting.
Q: I see that the cutting machine can have 2-3 tool holders. How many should I choose to cut my material?
A: For Yhon CNC Oscillating Knife Cutting Machine can maximum put 3 cutting holders to work in different materials. For example, if you only have one material, which one holder can be enough for you; if you have cardboard, leather, foam..etc, etc., at least you need two cutting holders, for cardboard it needs the “ creasing wheel + oscillating cutting tool” work together to make fold and cut.
Q: What’s the maximum thickness of material that can be cut?
A: It depends on what the material will be. For example, EPE foam we can cut 100mm, cardboard can be 2.5mm, glass wool 60mm..etc. Different tool work thicknesses are also different.
Q: Does the software support importing files from common design programs like AutoCAD?
A: Yes. As long as can export DXF or PLT format, it can be used on our software.
