The cutting effect is mainly affected by two factors:
1) Correct selection of cutting blades

You can try several models or consult your CNC knife cutting machine supplier to find out the model suitable for your material. In addition, pay attention to the status of the blade during the cutting process. If it is broken, replace it with a new one in time.
2) Machine table flatness
The flatness of the machine table is affected by two factors:
- The accuracy of the CNC fabric cutting machine aluminum platform
- The accuracy of the table cloth.
We can use a plane data collector to record the table height and make some compensation for the leather cutting tool during the cutting process. Nevertheless, the deviation between each collection point is still inevitable. This is why the cutting results vary between different areas.
There are three suggestions for this problem:
- Equipped with a plane data collector. It is best to keep a stock of this tool and help refresh the collected table height from time to time.
- Add more depth cutting tools for you to ensure that it can cut materials in all areas.
- Replace the worn table cloth in time
